It is with much excitement that I move into the next phase of making my dream come true...making my film "Genesis".
Genesis...The Beginning...
In 1978, I believed a man could fly. I was sold that Superman could swoop in, faster than a speeding bullet, and save the day. Since the day I first laid eyes on Christopher Reeve, I have LOVED Superman.
On July 26, 2006, I finished the first draft of my own superhero script, "Genesis". For years, I wanted to create my own superhero story and finally, five years ago, I made that dream a reality. Five years later, I'm putting the pen down. It's time to roll camera!
Diva Blue Productions is launching a capital campaign to raise funds to film in October - December 2011. Ultimately, it is my goal to raise $2 million dollars to film, edit, and screen "Genesis" by May 29, 2012. At first, the amount seemed overwhelming, but to quote Nelson Mandela, "It always seems impossible until its done." I'm reaching out to you!
